What documentation do you require from me for account activation?

1. A copy of your identity document, which could be any of the following:

  • Passport (from any country)
  • Driving licence (from the UK or any EU country)
  • National identity card (from any EU country)
  • EU residence permit (from any EU country)

Please provide a high-quality photo or scan of your ID document. The identity document must be valid for at least six months, and all relevant letters and numbers must be visible.

2. A recent Proof of Address document, not older than three months prior to submission. The document must reflect your name and residential address within the UK/EU. The proof of address must be one the following documents:

  • Utility bill (landline telephone bill, mobile telephone bill, electricity bill, gas bill, water bill, internet bill)
  • Council tax or other official government letter
  • Bank statement, account details summary or bank letter

Documents must be issued and / or certified by authorities within the relevant country of residence, which must be the United Kingdom or a country within the European Union.
